MakerX
MakerX is an exciting, new family-friendly "show & tell" event for people who love to MAKE, CREATE, LEARN and INNOVATE. It's a community event where people show what they make and share what they learn.
Don College Electronics students displayed their project work. Nigel, our teacher and Brian, our very highly skilled volunteer, were overwhelmed with the public response. The interactive display of cutting edge technology including practical applications of programmable chips. The home-engineered touch screens and a home-engineered and coded system that turns soundwaves into light waves and then decodes them at the receiver on the other side of the room created great interest.
