Food and Nutrition Food Challenge
Students tasted a wide variety of foods during the Food Sociology unit while exploring factors influencing our food choices. Jackfruit, sardines, blue vein cheese, sushi ginger, sauerkraut, spam and quail eggs were among the foods sampled. Well done to the winners who tasted all the foods, they are the largest group over the last few years to complete the challenge.
