Earlier this term, the student leaders led staff through a session on further developing our Don College culture through the ‘values’ we see as important as students and teachers that also align with the department’s.

It was great to see their COURAGE in leading their teachers and taking RESPONSIBILITY for developing the culture. It was great to see the CONNECTION from everyone in the session as we treat each other with RESPECT as we all have our part to play in promoting the GROWTH of all.
