During the holidays Artyom Keddie went to the RAAF base at Edinburgh, South Australia for training through the cadet program.
Cadet Warrant Officer Keddie achieved the dux award in his course. He said he joined the cadets because he was interested in aviation.
Artyom said:
“It was a great opportunity to gain experiences that I normally would not have had the opportunity to do"
His ambition is to join the defence forces to be a co-pilot in the navy. He looks to be well on the way.
Artyom has also visited RAAF Base East Sale, where he rode in the cockpit during an aerobatic display by the Air Force Roulettes.
