The Certificate II in Kitchen Operations and Certificate II in Hospitality classes were involved in a hospitality forum on Monday the 10th February. Three industry experts: Tracey Martin, Lucas Edwards and Monique Bound, spent the morning networking with students and advising students on pathways and requirements for the hospitality industry. These industry networks and opportunities are a valuable learning experience within the VET department.
